How to login

  1. Enter User Name
  2. Enter Password
  3. Click on login
  4. login
  5. If you forget your eAPO account password, please click Forgot Password link below Username box.

  1. To register to the portal, user has to click on the Sign up button available on the home screen.

Update Account Details

User can update account details by click on Account detail Option from left side menu.

How to buy a Course

Purchase a new Course

  1. Click on the Courses link available on the page header section.

  1. “Add to Cart” button for a course will be available on the following screens:
    1. Screen that displays the list of all courses.
    2. Screen that displays detailed information of a particular course.

  1. User will click on “Add to Cart” button to buy a course.
  2. Click on “View Cart” to view the cart details or click on cart icon . User will be redirected to the view cart screen.

  4. View Cart screen: List of all items marked for buy are displayed on this screen. For each item available on the cart, following details will be available:
    1. Product name: The name will be clickable and would take to course detail screen.
    2. Product icon: The icon will also be clickable and would take to course detail screen.
    3. Product price.
    4. Quantity: Number of products bought.
    5. Total amount of the product.
    6. Sub cart total.
    7. Remove button: To remove the product from the cart.
    8. “Proceed to Checkout” button: On click of this button, user would be redirected to the “Checkout” screen.

  1. Checkout screen: Confirmation screen before placing the order. List of all items marked for buying are displayed on this screen. Information available would be:
    1. Order notes: User will enter notes in the text box before placing the order.
    2. Checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. User has to click on the checkbox to place the order.
    3. “Place Order” button: User will click the button to place the order.

  1. Order successfully placed screen: Acknowledgement screen to display the payment and order placed status. Information available would be:
    1. Order number: Transaction or order number generated for the payment.
    2. Date and time of placed order.
    3. Total amount.
      1. Product title
      2. Total amount.
      3. Link to go to the course screen to view the course
    4. Purchased product details:
    5. Customer details like billing address etc.An email notification will also be sent to the user with the details of the purchased product.

Enrolled/Purchased Course

Portal provides two ways to see all the buying course or enrolled courses.

  1. Course Section on user dashboard: User Dashboard provides a section called course that display list of enrolled courses for the logged in user.
  2. For each enrolled course, following information will be displayed to the user:
  • Course Icon: Icon of the course.
  • Title of the course.
  • Teacher/trainer details of the course.
  • “Take this course” link: On click of this link the course will be open up on the LMS in a new browser window.

  1. My enrolled course option of left navigation: My enrolled courses section: This section will display the list of all courses enrolled by the logged in user. For each enrolled course, following details would be available:

    1. Course title.
    2. Enrollment date.
    3. Short description.
    4. “Take this course” link to launch the course on LMS.

Take Course

    1. Click on My Enrolled courses

    3. Click on Take a course. It will launch the course on LMSaccesscourse2
    4. The course details will be displayed on the screen. List of all the available topics will be displayed to the user.

Purchased History

  1. Click on purchase history option from left navigation:

  3. This section will display the details of all courses purchased by the logged in user. For each purchased courses, following details would be available:

    1. Order number of the purchase.
    2. Date of purchase.
    3. Order completion status whether completed or in-progress.
    4. Total cost of purchase
      1. Total cost.
      2. Number of items purchased.
    5. Link to view the detail of the purchased course.

Course refund/return

Please go to Purchase History and click on view against the order.

Then click on return order and then click on submit

Get Certificate

User Dashboard has a section called  “Courses” display all the enrolled courses.Following information will be displayed to the user:

Course Icon: Icon of the course.

Course Name: Name Of the course.

Closed :Shows the course has been completed by the user.

View course: To see Launch the completed course in LMS

Take a course: To see Launch the non-completed course in LMS

  1. Get Certificate for Completed Course
  2. Click on View Course. It will launch the course on LMS
  3. The course details will be displayed on the screen. List of all the available topics will be displayed to the user. The certificate download option will be available to the user once the passing %age applicable for the course is achieved. User can then download the certificate by clicking on the certificate link

  5. click on course certificate to see summary of previously received certificates
  6. To download certificate click on Get Your Certificate.

  8. Get Certificate for Non-Completed Course
  9. Click on Take a Course. It will launch the course on LMS
  10. User have to compete the course to get certificate
