Information Users Provide

Information Collected When Using Our Services
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Like most websites, the APO website may collect certain user information automatically and store it in log files. In addition, some information may be collected automatically from users’ devices, including Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, landing page, and referring URL. To collect this information, a cookie may be placed on users’ computers or devices when they access our Services. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. 7. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected from users when there is an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide services requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).
When there is no ongoing legitimate business need to process users’ personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because the personal information has been stored in backup archives), then the personal information is stored securely and not subject to any further processing until deletion is possible.

Similarly, if users’ personal information was collected and processed with their consent, that consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing conducted, nor will it affect the lawful processing of personal information conducted on grounds other than consent.

10. Users’ Choices

12. International Data Transfers
EU–US and Swiss–US Privacy Shield. In handling personal data received from the EEA and Switzerland, the APO complies with the EU–US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss–US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from such countries.
